The residents of Neapoli Voion in Laconia warmly welcomed the medical team of the Hellenic Healthcare Group (HHG), which visited the area on the weekend of 13 and 14 June 2026, as part of the Group’s “Pantou” Corporate Social Responsibility programme.
Medical, nursing and administrative personnel from Metropolitan Hospital, Hygeia Hospital and Metropolitan General travelled to the area, where the specialized medical team provided free clinical and preventive screenings to local residents. The specialized medical team, with physicians across a range of specialties including vascular surgery, cardiology, orthopaedics, breast surgery and otorhinolaryngology, carried out more than 300 medical examinations.
The initiative was implemented in close cooperation with the local authorities and the area’s Health Centre, ensuring the best possible conditions for welcoming and examining residents.
